Giveaway Details / Rules

1. Prize

The giveaway prize is ONE astrophotography kit that includes several parts worth approximately $2,000 USD. All parts are in new condition except for the camera and tripod. The lens (new) was adjusted by Nico to reach infinity focus. The full spectrum Nikon D5300 was donated by Night Sky Camera.


2. Giveaway Rules

  1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Entering the contest involves two steps: 1. Subscribe to the Nebula Photos newsletter 2. Fill out a Google Form
  2. Open worldwide.
  3. Only one entry allowed per person.
  4. Must be 13 or older to enter the giveaway.
  5. Potential winner will be contacted by e-mail on April 21, 2022
  6. Potential winner will have 24 hours to reply to claim prize
  7. If no response is received within 24 hours, another potential winner will be selected.
  8. Final winner's first name will be listed here and on social media. A photo and/or video of the winner with the kit will be requested, but is not a condition of winning the contest.
  9. Name, Shipping Address, Phone number, and email will be required to receive the prize. This information will be kept private and not used for any marketing/promotional activity.
  10. Prizes will be sent from Nico Carver via UPS, Fedex, DHL, or USPS. Nico Carver takes no responsibility for lost/damaged packages, customs, fees, or any other shipping issue. Once a winner takes ownership of a prize, Nico Carver takes no responsibility for the prize (e.g. Nico Carver will not buy you a new one if it breaks, etc.)

3. Any entries that don't comply to the official rules listed above will be disqualified.
